Perfect for my 10 year old son
My son wanted a drum kit for Christmas, and this was a perfect fit. Beautiful deep red color. Very simple to assemble. It came in a smaller box than expected, which concerned me. After, it was assembled though it was just as pictured. My son is in heaven, and I didn’t have to spend much $ on it.
I was concerned about the size, and wanted to comment that my 10 year old is 90th percentile on growth, about 52″ tall and 80#. This was a perfect fit for him. Also, my eight year old enjoys it.
Good quality set for younger kids
Good quality kit for smaller kids. I’ve been playing drums for 20+ years and my 3 year old always loves to sit on my big drums and play which of course he can’t. So, this is the third kit he has had but the first to actually have any decent quality parts (prior sets were all plastic).
For instance, because of the metal components and replaceable heads this kit should easily last him 3+ years until he’ll fit into a real junior sized kit. And the sound quality is not bad, definitely a lot easier to listen to than those plastic kits.
